I am Licensed Clinical Social with fourteen years of experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction.We all need and deserve support and compassion on our journey. Some of our life experiences can leave us with feelings of depression, anxiety and self doubt. Despite our best efforts to change, obstacles can be difficult to overcome. I am dedicated to helping you heal, replace harsh self talk with self compassion and connect to the internal strength you already have. Regardless of the challenges you are facing in your life, positive change is possible. I believe therapy should be collaborative. Together we will create a safe space to help you meet your goals.

I understand that it takes a great deal of courage to be vulnerable to others. You do not need a big reason to attend therapy. It can be helpful to have a neutral and non judgmental person to assist you with processing emotions and everyday stressors.
