If you’re feeling less like yourself, with anxious thoughts, trouble sleeping, trouble making decisions, difficulty motivating or just feeling like your new life wasn’t what you expected, a therapist can help get you on a new path towards healing and connection. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help people learn new ways to manage feelings of anxiety and walk with you while you work through your life transitions. I help teens and adults like you struggling with your new world and help you look forward to the future again. I am also trained to work with kids, teens and adults manage Tourette’s with CBIT.

What's your experience with clients with anxiety?

I find that understanding what anxiety is providing for you along with practicing a lot of different coping techniques works well in helping to manage those feelings.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

I find a great deal of satisfaction and value in helping those around me move forward and feel supported.

For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

It’s not scary! I am easy to talk with and let you go at your own pace. Often, just telling our story to a great listener can bring peace and more clarity.
