at least 50% of my current client load struggle with anxiety, its a natural human emotion, I usually help clients work through this by teaching them about the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Its ok to be scared, or hesitant, therapy will be here when you are ready to break those generational patterns of trauma and pain.

Our brains and bodies are so in tune that anything can be perceived as traumatic even when we logical may not think it is, I thoroughly enjoy helping clients heal past trauma. I am trained in EMDR.

Most people who struggle with anger issues are in deep pain.

Most of my early career experience has been working with children and teens in the communities (school/home) and it was the most rewarding. I am trained in some play therapy techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
