How do you work with clients with anxiety?
I support clients with anxiety by guiding them toward strength and belief in themselves. There is truly nothing we cannot overcome!
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
My passion is to support people in meeting their life goals.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
Therapy can be the best gift you can give yourself so don’t get stuck in the stereotype! We can all benefit from some self awareness!
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I am sensitive but, I believe in seeing results. I am transparent and solution focused. I use an integrative model with my clients .
How can you provide care remotely?
Remote care can be even more consistent than in- person care since it doesn’t require going anywhere. I have a great relationship with my clients and they share that it is of benefit to them that we meet.
How do you work with clients with family conflict issues?
Family Therapy is extremely effective since it focuses on allowing members to be heard and work out years of feelings. The important piece is where do go from there…
How do you work with clients with stress?
Stress is an extension of feeling overwhelmed. We just need to look at our life and goals and take a different approach.
