My name is Margaret Olivero Pachiano. I am a Florida Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Certified Dementia Provider. I hold a Master's Degree in Nursing from St. Thomas University Miami Gardens Florida, and a Bachelor of Science from Pasco Hernando State College. In my nursing career, I have seen firsthand the harmful impact of social stigma associated with mental illness. This is one of the reasons, I have pursued this journey in hopes that I can be a part of reducing the social stigma that is all too often associated with mental health.
I have worked in the healthcare industry for thirty-plus years in various healthcare settings. Working with individuals from all walks of life. This has allowed me to appreciate that every patient has a unique situation and treatment should be geared towards their unique needs and personal preferences.
My goal is that each of my clients feel comfortable with the care that was provided feeling assured they have developed a strong rapport with me as their provider. I hope to develop lasting therapeutic relationships, working together to achieve the best possible outcomes for every unique individual.

How do you work with clients with depression?
When working with clients who are depressed, I approach their treatment with empathy and collaboration. We create a personalized treatment plan based on a thorough assessment, which may include therapy, lifestyle changes, and medication as needed. Regular check-ins and ongoing support are prioritized to track progress and make necessary adjustments, all in a safe and supportive environment.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
If you're thinking about working with me, you should know that I prioritize providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I believe in personalized care based on your specific needs and preferences. You can count on me to listen carefully to your concerns and goals, and to work with you to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect is essential for the work we'll do together. My goal is to help you take control of your mental health and well-being, and to be there for you every step of the way on your journey to wellness.
How can you provide care remotely?
I can provide care remotely using telehealth services. This means that we can conduct appointments and consultations virtually via video or phone calls. During these sessions, we can talk about your concerns, create treatment plans, and track your progress. Additionally, I can offer education, resources, and support via email or secure messaging platforms. While remote care has drawbacks, it provides flexibility and convenience, particularly for those who may struggle to access traditional in-person services. Rest assured that I use strict privacy and security measures to protect the confidentiality of our communications.
