Reaching out for support demonstrates courage. My practice provides a sanctuary where you can safely set aside your defenses. I honor the bravery required to explore vulnerable aspects of yourself and create an environment where challenging realities can be confronted and genuine healing can happen.
I deliver targeted, results-oriented therapy addressing trauma & PTSD, anxiety, substance use disorders, and the effects of childhood emotional neglect. My therapeutic approach uses practical strategies with profound emotional healing through specialized Brainspotting therapy.
The foundation of my practice rests on a fundamental truth: your completeness already exists within you. This inherent wholeness has simply been clouded by defense mechanisms, adaptation strategies, and anxieties that no longer benefit your. By addressing these layers together, we clear the path for your authentic self to emerge and flourish.

How does cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) work and how can it help?
This is an evidence-based treatment that helps identify the thoughts that keep you stuck, challenging them to be more accurate, resulting in fewer symptoms of depression and anxiety.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
Therapy is not about finding someone who will "fix" you. Therapy is about asking for help and insight into your own thoughts. It's about pulling out your strengths and values and helping you nurture them in all areas of your life.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
My goal for you is to not need me anymore. I will challenge your thinking. I will be graceful in it, but you WILL be challenged to think about things differently than you have before. I will not waste your time using techniques that have no evidence of success.
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
If we seem to be a good fit, join me weekly or bi-weekly to begin working towards your goals and resolving distressing symptoms. Together, we’ll explore the root of where your thoughts come from, to help you better understand yourself. I will help you develop the tools you need so you can finally find peace in your life and within yourself.
How do you work with clients with addiction?
Identify the root of your addiction and pair this healing with sustainable individualized coping skills, so you can succeed in long-term recovery. Brainspotting is an amazing way to address addiction by surpassing the cognitive brain that tends to lie to the person with the substance use disorder. Brainspotting is body-based and reaches the automatic and impulsive part of the brain directly.
How do you work with clients with trauma and PTSD?
Learn the tools you need to overcome the guilt and self-blame that keep you stuck, so you can finally feel calm, present and in control of your life again. I use Brainspotting which is a neuroscience backed technique that was discovered through EMDR in 2003. The practice is about finding spots within your vision that are associated with feelings, and allowing your body to process on a level below your cognitive brain.
How can you provide care remotely?
I practiced therapy 100% remote for 2.5 years during COVID. I have found very successful techniques that work well regardless of the type of visit. I like to share my screen at times so that we have a combination of verbal and visual aids to help in meeting your goals.
How do you work with clients with family conflict issues?
I specialize in working with individuals with emotionally unavailable parents. Learn to resolve your excessive need for approval, so that you can be set free from guilt, build positive self-worth, and develop emotionally secure and fulfilling relationships.
