My approach to ADHD focuses on understanding each individual's symptoms, daily challenges, and personal goals. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and individualized medication management, I work with adolescents and adults to develop a care plan suited to their needs. I also help clients explore strategies for improving focus, organization, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. Progress may include better concentration, improved management of responsibilities, greater emotional balance, and increased confidence at school, work, or home. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support that helps each client build skills and achieve a better quality of life.
