Accepting new patient in WA, OR, and NM. Do you feel that things just cannot continue this way? Is it becoming harder and harder to get up every day? Some say life is a journey rather than a destination, and for many, the road gets muddy, the sky darkens, and it’s easy to get lost, making it seem impossible to get where you’re trying to go. Are you ready to make a change?
Shifting perspective can be a game changer. When I work in partnership with clients, my goal as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is to assist them on this difficult but rewarding journey. I offer a personalized approach to the diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disturbances, and other disorders.
Providing comprehensive care may involve psychotherapy, the use of medications, integrating spirituality or belief systems, and complementary therapies. By managing your mood and correcting unhelpful patterns, we can set you on a brighter and greener pathway together. Feel free to contact me to discuss working together.

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
People considering working with me should know that I’m dedicated to building a partnership centered on your unique needs and goals. I believe in a personalized approach to care, blending evidence-based therapies with medication management, and, when helpful, incorporating spirituality or belief systems. My aim is to guide clients through their journey, supporting them in managing symptoms and fostering a sense of empowerment. I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment, helping to shift perspectives and overcome unhelpful patterns for a more fulfilling life.
How do you work with clients with anxiety?
In working with clients who experience anxiety, I focus on creating a supportive, personalized approach to help them manage and reduce symptoms. I begin by understanding each client’s specific triggers and experiences with anxiety. Using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), I guide clients in identifying anxious thought patterns, building coping skills, and grounding themselves in the present.
Additionally, I may incorporate medication management when beneficial, as well as culturally sensitive practices, spirituality, or motivational interviewing if they align with the client’s values and preferences. My goal is to empower clients to regain a sense of control and calmness, helping them build resilience and navigate anxiety in their daily lives.
How do you work with clients with depression?
I take a personalized, compassionate approach to treating depression, starting with a thorough assessment. Using therapies like CBT, MBCT, and SFBT, I help clients change unhelpful thought patterns, set achievable goals, and build resilience. When suitable, I provide medication management and can incorporate spirituality or cultural practices to support each client’s journey to improved well-being.
How can you provide care remotely?
I offer remote care for patients in Washington, Oregon, and New Mexico. Through secure telehealth platforms, I conduct virtual sessions, which allows for flexibility and convenience, ensuring you can access support from the comfort of your own space. Telehealth appointments include comprehensive assessments, personalized therapy, medication management, and follow-up care, using the same evidence-based approaches as in-person sessions.
