About Megan

Hi there! I am dedicated to creating space for healing. As an existential-humanistic therapist, I believe that the search for meaning and purpose is central to our human experience. I approach therapy with a deep respect for each individual's unique journey and the complexity of their inner world. My practice is grounded in the belief that we all have the capacity for self-awareness, growth, and transformation, and that therapy can help us tap into that potential. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and supportive space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. As an existential-humanistic therapist, I prioritize the exploration of the big questions in life: Who am I? What is my purpose? What gives my life meaning? Through this exploration, we can begin to gain insight into our deepest desires and fears, and develop a greater sense of authenticity and connection. I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, experiential therapy, and the interpersonal process, to help clients deepen their self-awareness and increase their capacity for emotional expression. I also emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship, recognizing that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is a key factor in successful therapy outcomes. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and an open heart, I invite you to reach out and start your journey towards greater self-understanding and fulfillment.
