I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to face anxiety, grief, and the ups and downs of chronic illness and to rely on dark humor to get through it. I realized that quick laughs can only go so far, and real change comes from doing the hard work of therapy. I’m motivated to continue because I get to help people find tools that actually work, feel more in control, and discover that life can be a little lighter, sometimes even fun, along the way. I see you because I’ve been you, and that’s what keeps me going.
