My approach to ADHD begins with understanding each person’s unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Through psychiatric evaluations, collaborative treatment planning, and medication management when appropriate, I help clients explore strategies to improve focus, organization, and daily functioning. Progress looks different for everyone and may include greater confidence, improved routines, better emotional regulation, and feeling more in control of everyday life.
