Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

I became a therapist because I have a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy in people’s lives inspires me every day. My motivation comes from seeing my clients grow, heal, and regain hope, even in the face of adversity. The resilience of the human spirit and the opportunity to provide a safe, supportive space for healing continue to drive my commitment to this work. Every step my clients take toward a healthier, more fulfilling life reaffirms my purpose and dedication to mental health care.

For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

If you're hesitant to try therapy, I want you to know that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Therapy is a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges at your own pace. You don’t have to face everything alone—having support can make a meaningful difference in your well-being. It’s okay to be unsure, but taking that first step can open the door to healing, growth, and a greater sense of control over your life. You deserve support, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?

People considering working with me should know that I am compassionate, client-centered, and deeply committed to their well-being. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach is collaborative—I tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and trauma-informed care. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, addiction, or life transitions, I will meet you where you are with understanding and nonjudgmental support. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting, positive change in your life.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?

Therapy sessions with me are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. In a safe and judgment-free space, we’ll explore your concerns, identify patterns, and develop practical coping strategies. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques, I help you build resilience and gain insight into your emotions and behaviors. Whether we focus on managing anxiety, processing trauma, or improving relationships, my goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. Each session is a step toward healing, growth, and a healthier you.

I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to helping individuals manage depression. Through evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Positive Psychology, I work with clients to identify negative thought patterns, develop coping skills, and build resilience. My focus is on creating a supportive and empowering environment where individuals can regain a sense of hope, motivation, and purpose. By tailoring treatment plans to each client’s unique needs, I help them navigate their emotions, enhance self-awareness, and take meaningful steps toward healing and well-being.

I take a compassionate and evidence-based approach to helping clients manage anxiety. Using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I guide clients in identifying triggers, reframing negative thought patterns, and developing coping strategies. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can develop the tools they need to navigate anxiety with confidence and clarity.

How can you provide care remotely?

I provide care remotely through secure, confidential telehealth sessions, allowing clients to access support from the comfort of their own homes. Virtual therapy offers flexibility and convenience while maintaining the same level of personalized, evidence-based care as in-person sessions. Through a secure video platform, we engage in meaningful discussions, develop coping strategies, and work toward your mental health goals. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction, remote therapy ensures you receive the support you need in a safe, accessible, and convenient way.
