Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

I became a therapist to help others find healing and empowerment through life’s challenges. Seeing clients grow, overcome obstacles, and discover their strengths motivates me daily. Witnessing their resilience and transformation is both inspiring and deeply rewarding.

For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

Therapy is a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It’s not about having all the answers but about working together to find what helps you feel supported and understood. Taking that first step is brave, and you don’t have to do it alone.

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?

People considering working with me should know I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space tailored to your unique needs. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented, focusing on helping you navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?

Therapy sessions with me are collaborative and supportive, tailored to your needs. We’ll explore your concerns in a nonjudgmental space, develop strategies to manage challenges, and work toward your goals using evidence-based approaches and open dialogue.

How do you work with clients with addiction?

I support clients with addiction through a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, using evidence-based methods like harm reduction, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Together, we address underlying issues, build coping skills, and foster sustainable recovery.

How do you work with clients with ADHD?

I work with clients with ADHD by focusing on organization, time management, and emotional regulation skills. Using evidence-based strategies like CBT and coaching techniques, I help clients develop tools to manage symptoms and build confidence in their abilities.

How do you work with clients with trauma and PTSD?

I work with clients with trauma and PTSD using a trauma-informed approach, ensuring safety, trust, and empowerment. I integrate evidence-based therapies like CBT, EMDR, and somatic techniques to help process traumatic experiences, reduce symptoms, and foster healing.

How can you provide care remotely?

I provide care remotely through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, ensuring privacy and convenience. Sessions are designed to offer the same supportive, personalized experience as in-person therapy, allowing you to access care from the comfort of your home.
