About Natalie
Whether you are new to therapy or returning, finding someone who we feel understands and cares for us is hard. Each person has their own story and all of us have different reasons for seeking out help. I believe therapy is a safe place to share our stories, learn who we are, and develop effective skills to improve our lives. In therapy, I emphasize creating a nonjudgemental, empathetic, welcoming, and safe environment. I believe that patience and trust are essential for healing, and through the therapeutic relationship clients can explore their inner selves.
I am currently accepting new clients and like to get to know you better. Finding a therapist that is right for you is challenging, and I understand that it can take time. If you are interested and think we can work together, please reach out to me for a free consultation at (719) 966-7730 - texts or calls are encouraged.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
As a PhD student, I utilize various theories, such as trauma-based and attachment theories, to inform a personalized therapeutic approach for each client. I have experience with CBT, DBT, and somatic and body-focused practices, and have worked with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, and relationship struggles.
