What's your approach to anxiety, and what does progress look like for clients?

Anxiety can impact every aspect of life, but effective treatment can help restore balance and confidence. Having personally experienced anxiety throughout my life, I understand how overwhelming it can feel and the importance of feeling truly heard. My approach is compassionate and individualized, combining medication management, education, and therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing. Together, we identify your goals, develop coping strategies, and create a treatment plan that supports lasting improvement and a better quality of life.

What's your approach to depression, and what does progress look like for clients?

Depression can affect your mood, motivation, relationships, and ability to enjoy life. Having personal experience with depression, I understand the challenges of feeling stuck and the courage it takes to seek support. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I work with each patient to understand their unique experiences, explore treatment options, and develop a plan that may include medication management, education, and therapeutic techniques to help restore hope, resilience, and overall well-being.

What's your approach to trauma and PTSD, and what does progress look like for clients?

PTSD can deeply affect how we experience the world, impacting emotions, relationships, sleep, and daily life. Having my own personal experience with trauma, I understand the importance of feeling safe, validated, and supported throughout the healing process. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and individualized. I work collaboratively with patients to understand their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and create a treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and therapeutic approaches to support healing, resilience, and recovery.

How does medication management work, and what does the process look like?

Medication management is a collaborative process focused on finding the safest and most effective treatment plan for each individual. During appointments, we review your symptoms, medical history, current medications, goals, and any concerns or side effects. Together, we discuss treatment options, benefits, risks, and expectations to make informed decisions. Ongoing follow-up visits allow us to monitor progress, make adjustments when needed, and ensure your treatment continues to support your mental health and overall well-being.
