About Nicole

I believe that we are all human, who have human experiences. Sometimes those experiences affect the quality of our lives and how we move forward. Those experiences can also affect how we view the world. From the ages of 10-15 years old, I experienced several deaths of people that were really close to me. However, as I got older I developed the belief that despite tragedy and loss people are resilient and can get through anything when they feel safe and have support. I value the therapeutic relationship, as well as providing a safe space for my clients to process and be their authentic selves. My approach is solution- focused, client-centered, integrated with cognitive behavioral therapy.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

My path as a therapist began as a result of me getting through my own trauma and realizing that emotional pain does not always have to stay. My motivation is to help others process and move past their emotional pain in a safe space.
