As you begin your journey in therapy, the first step will be focused on building a relationship. We will be new to each other, so it will take me some time to get to know you, and it will take some time for you to trust me, feel comfortable, and be able to open up to me. After building trust, we can work together as a team to help you with your struggles. After identifying them, we then can create goals to help you begin to feel better.
