How do you work with clients with anxiety?
I offer personalized anxiety treatments tailored to your condition and its severity. Options include: • Solution-focused brief therapy • Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) • Anti-anxiety medication • Lifestyle changes
How do you work with clients with depression?
I support clients with depression using a combination of psychotherapy techniques to address underlying issues and enhance coping skills. Additionally, I may prescribe antidepressant medication to regulate neurotransmitter production. My goal is to convey a message of hope and assure clients that, with my assistance, they can recover from even the lowest points in their mental health journey.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I excel in understanding complex needs, collaborating interprofessionally, and applying clinical judgment. Adhering to nursing values and ethics, I provide holistic, patient-centered care. My approach prioritizes patient-driven, family-centered, compassionate care, integrating psychotherapy and medication management for optimal outcomes.
How do you work with clients with trauma and PTSD?
Recovery from PTSD typically requires medications like antidepressants and/or anti-anxiety drugs combined with psychotherapy. Suppressing the memories doesn’t help you get over PTSD; in fact, it’s likely to make it worse. Your provider enables you to open up about the experience so your mind can process the trauma properly. You also learn ways to reduce the effect of unwanted thoughts and negative emotions so you can cope better in daily life. I offer a comforting, safe environment where you can discuss your symptoms confidentially without any judgment.
How can you provide care remotely?
I deliver remote care through telehealth, conducting virtual consultations for assessments, medication management, and psychotherapeutic support via secure video or phone calls, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
How do you work with clients with bipolar disorder?
Bipolar disorder is a lifelong condition that requires proper diagnosis and ongoing management. With early, accurate diagnosis, treatment, and support, individuals with bipolar disorder can lead fulfilling lives. If you think you may have bipolar disorder, tell your health care provider. A medical checkup can rule out other illnesses that might cause your mood changes. Bipolar disorder is treatable with a combination of medication and therapy. • Medication, including mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, and antidepressants, can help manage symptoms, but it may require trying different options to find the most effective one. • "Talk therapy" or psychotherapy assists individuals in accepting their condition, recognizing warning signs, developing coping skills, and improving relationships. • Long-term, continuous treatment is essential to reduce the severity and frequency of mood swings. Healthy lifestyle habits, combined with professional treatment, contribute to effective symptom management in bipolar disorder. These healthy lifestyle habits, along with professional treatment, can help manage the symptoms of bipolar disorder.
