I work with women navigating ADHD, anxiety, and burnout in a digitally-overloaded and fast-paced world. Since 2011, I’ve been providing practical, evidence-based support to individuals looking for ways to feel more grounded, calm, and in control of their daily lives. If you feel exhausted trying to care for both yourself and others and overwhelmed trying to complete your never-ending to-do list, I can help you find the insight, routines, and skills needed for the balance you deserve.
My approach is feminist at its core and is also LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and HAES-affirming and culturally responsive. I integrate mind-body, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment-based techniques and skills for change.
I provide virtual therapy to California, Oregon, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I take Aetna, Optum, Carelon, and BCBS of Massachusetts insurance plans and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I look forward to connecting with you!
