Hello, I am a licensed Mental health counselor with 20+ experience in the field of psychology. Experience has included working with adults, children, adolescents and family. I am available to guide and support you in exploring life's challenges and together explore vulnerabilities and strengths in facing said challenges. My approach in sessions is very laid back yet focused on each person's need for different levels of guidance in meeting their goals. I use various approaches and styles given the circumstances and individual needs.
