I am Osvaldo Vazquez, a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner fluent in both English and Spanish. Throughout my career, I have always been focused on providing patient-centered care. Currently, I am serving at Florida Medical Center Group and Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital, where I perform initial psychiatric evaluations, provide follow-up consultations, diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders, and prescribe necessary medications. My goal is to ensure the overall well-being of my patients. With experience in various healthcare settings, including Southern Winds Hospital and VITAS Hospice Care, I have honed my skills in administering medications, performing assessments, and ensuring comprehensive patient care. My background also includes experience as a general doctor, endoscopist, and mental therapist, providing a broad base of medical knowledge and understanding. I am committed to offering compassionate care and support to all my patients, helping them manage their mental health and integrate into society. Whether it's through direct face-to-face interactions or understanding complex conditions, my aim is to make a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.
