About Paige
It takes strength to seek help. My goal is to build a safe, non-judgmental environment, where we can explore and find insight together. In therapy, I enjoy working with clients to explore their inner worlds to build self resiliency. Mostly, I work with adults and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression and/or dealing with trauma.
During our sessions, I take a mind-body approach where we collaborate investigating factors keeping you from success. Using a mix of treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and other meditation / mindfulness-based treatments, we’ll explore how to reach your goals.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
On my own therapy journey, I had bad therapists and good therapists. I wanted to become another good therapist and help people experience the beauty of a full life without mental illness.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
You are in charge. We can go as fast or as slows as you want. I am here for YOU and you are the expert on you.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I tend to take a targeted approach. Let's decide on some goals that would be most meaningful to you and make a plan to reach those goals. I have a big bag of tools that we can try out to see what will help you best.
How can you provide care remotely?
I do not have a physical location. We will meet over telehealth via zoom. Being 100% remote means that I work with people all over the state of Michigan to increase access to care. Telehealth works just the same as in office care. Please reach out to learn more if you are hesitant to try therapy remotely.
