Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I am a former Licensed nurse. I never felt that I was fully helping my patients beyond giving a medication or bandaid. Always overworked and unfulfilled. Once I was introduced to Hypnotherapy I knew that was my calling. Seeing clients have breakthroughs and make real life changes is what keeps me motivated. I love and believe wholeheartedly in Hypnotherapy , this does not even feel like “work” .
About Me
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
Many are hesitant to try hypnotherapy due to the media representation. However you are always in complete control. I just talk you down into a state of physical relaxation, quieting the conscious mind, then address the subconscious mind to assist you in your healing journey. Each session is between 15-30 minutes.
Deep breakthroughs happen even without you re-living or talking endlessly about the past.
