Hello and welcome! My name is Pierrela Lebrun, and I am a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, holding board certification (FNP-BC) to ensure the highest quality of care for you and your family. With a rich background in outpatient and acute care settings, I bring a wealth of experience managing health concerns ranging from primary care, Urgent care, Acute care, skilled nursing, and Telehealth to emergency response.

Whether conducting educational sessions or providing direct patient care, my goal is always to make complex medical information understandable and accessible.
My clinical expertise spans across critical care, pediatrics, medical-surgical disciplines, as well as community health. I'm also skilled in urgent care and primary care practices. Plus, if English isn't your first language, don't worry – I am bilingual in Creole/French.
Currently serving the Delray Beach, Florida community at MD Plus Urgent Care, Part-time to address the needs of patients who are able to come to the center.
However, I'm also here Full-time as a Telehealth NP to address your immediate health needs from the comfort of your home to address your various health concerns with my expertise.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a Family Nurse Practitioner because of my passion for helping others and my desire to make a positive impact on people's lives through healthcare. My rich background in outpatient and acute care has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to address a wide range of health concerns. What motivates me to continue in this profession is the ability to connect with patients on a personal level, helping them navigate their health journeys with compassion and understanding. Seeing my patients improve and thrive as a result of the care and education I provide is incredibly rewarding, and it fuels my ongoing commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in healthcare.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Consultation - 15 minutes
An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs if services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
Initial Visit - 30 minutes
An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.
Follow-up Visit - 20 minutes
A follow-up visit involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Medication Refill - 15 minutes
A medication refill appointment typically involves a brief review of existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the medication refill, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

As a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), I provide remote care through comprehensive Telehealth services, allowing you to receive high-quality medical attention from the comfort of your home. Through secure video consultations, I can assess and manage a wide range of health concerns, provide remote monitoring of vital signs using digital tools, and manage prescriptions electronically. Additionally, I offer health education sessions to help you understand and manage your conditions, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure you receive comprehensive and cohesive care. My goal is to make healthcare accessible and convenient, addressing your immediate health needs effectively and efficiently.
