Hello and welcome! My name is Pierrela Lebrun, and I am a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, holding board certification (FNP-BC) to ensure the highest quality of care for you and your family. With a rich background in outpatient and acute care settings, I bring a wealth of experience managing health concerns ranging from primary care, Urgent care, Acute care, skilled nursing, and Telehealth to emergency response. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively with patients, their families, and fellow healthcare professionals. My approach to healthcare is rooted in compassion and understanding, which helps me connect with patients on a personal level. Whether conducting educational sessions or providing direct patient care, my goal is always to make complex medical information understandable and accessible. My clinical expertise spans across critical care, pediatrics, medical-surgical disciplines, as well as community health. I'm also skilled in urgent care and primary care practices. Plus, if English isn't your first language, don't worry – I am bilingual in Creole/French. Currently serving the Delray Beach, Florida community at MD Plus Urgent Care, Part-time to address the needs of patients who are able to come to the center. However, I'm also here Full-time as a Telehealth NP to address your immediate health needs from the comfort of your home to address your various health concerns with my expertise.
