How do you work with clients with depression?
For clients dealing with depression, I utilize a comprehensive and empathetic approach. I develop tailored treatment plans that may include both medication management and psychotherapy. I place strong emphasis on education and open communication, ensuring clients feel heard and involved in their care. My goal is to foster resilience and healing by integrating evidence-based practices with holistic strategies, and by working closely with clients to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
How do you work with clients with anxiety?
When working with clients experiencing anxiety, I focus on compassionate, patient-driven care. I begin with a thorough assessment to understand their specific symptoms and how anxiety affects their daily life. From there, I create individualized treatment plans which may include medication management and psychotherapy. I also provide patient education to help individuals better understand their condition and how to manage it. Collaboration with behavioral health teams and using trauma-informed, holistic approaches are key to supporting my clients effectively.
How can you provide care remotely?
I provide telehealth services through platforms like Klarity and Kiwi Health. This allows patients across Illinois to access psychiatric and mental health care conveniently from their own homes. My remote care includes comprehensive mental health assessments, individualized treatment plans, medication management, and patient education. I also ensure patients feel supported and engaged through open communication and compassionate virtual care.
