About Me
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
For People Who Are Hesitant to Try Therapy
If you’re unsure about starting therapy, I want you to know that it’s completely okay to feel that way. Reaching out for help can feel uncomfortable — especially when you’ve learned to be the one who holds it all together. But therapy isn’t about being “broken” or needing to be fixed; it’s about giving yourself permission to heal, to understand, and to grow.
Therapy is simply a conversation — one where you don’t have to filter your feelings, hide your pain, or have all the answers. It’s a safe space designed just for you — a place where your story matters, and where we work together to understand what’s been holding you back and how to move forward.
You don’t have to be in crisis to start. You don’t have to know exactly what to say. All you have to do is show up — and I’ll meet you there, with compassion, respect, and patience. Healing takes courage, but you don’t have to do it alone.
