What's your approach to trauma and PTSD, and what does progress look like for clients?
I take a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to treating PTSD and trauma-related concerns. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and may incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and clinical hypnosis to help process traumatic experiences and reduce their emotional impact. My priority is to create a safe, collaborative environment where you feel supported throughout the healing process. Progress often includes fewer intrusive memories, reduced anxiety and avoidance, improved emotional regulation, greater confidence in managing triggers, and the ability to move forward with a stronger sense of safety, resilience, and well-being.

What's your approach to grief, and what does progress look like for clients?
Grief is a deeply personal experience, and I provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can process your loss at your own pace. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help you navigate difficult emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and find ways to adapt to life after loss. Progress doesn't mean forgetting or "moving on" from someone or something important—it means finding a way to carry your loss while reconnecting with purpose, strengthening resilience, and engaging more fully in your daily life.
