Rebeca Argiro

Rebeca has over a decade of counseling experience. She's also a military veteran and a former special education teacher. She feels therapy should be an eclectic mix of modalities based upon what the client is looking for in counseling. Rebeca takes time to get to know each client and asks what goals they want to work on throughout therapy for a client centered treatment experience. Each session usually ends with "homework" so a client can put the skills they learn in therapy to use in their every day life. Her specialty areas include anxiety, depression, work adjustment, family trauma, PTSD, adult ADD and relationship issues. Rebeca sees adult and teens for individual therapy. Rebeca works with adults and teens through telehealth.  ​ Rebeca is also a mom, athletic enthusiast, and adventurer!
