Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
As I was working as a certified occupational therapy assistant I realized that lots of my patients had depression and many other challenges so that's what turned me onto counseling.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I will listen to your stories. I will not be judgemental or make an opinion. Might ask questions to get clarification of what is being stated. I will be warm and genuine.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I can relate to diverse cultures and people with various challenges. Whether it be emotional, mental, or physical. Treating a client holistically is important to me.
