Robert Shafie

Working at Mt Auburn Hospital in Boston, MA and Dr. Daniel Brown and Associates, I have gained valuable experience and exposure in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. I have practiced attachment pathology which is my PHD research, and the influence of positive psychology in psychotherapy using fundamental clinical evaluations and assessment tools in understanding the dynamics of strengthening relationships. I have also mastered the art of using cognitive, behavioural, and hypnotherapeutic treatments towards anxiety disorders. Thus, my education allowed me to get a broad theoretical and practical foundation of knowledge to hone my analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to help patients of all social classes with complex social problems to enrich their personal growth. My practical training and experience have enabled me to develop astute listening skills while showing patience in empathizing with the diverse needs and challenges of my patients.
