Therapy isn’t a magic wand, it’s intentional work to change. You’re right to be cautious, but it will be worth it.
How can you provide care remotely?
I’m a licensed clinical social worker in KY and utilize a secured platform to deliver telehealth services to Kentucky residents. I use the same platform for coaching those who reside in other states.
