Hi! Welcome. I am a psychotherapist with over ten years of experience facilitating transitions and growth. I am a firm believer that each one of us has the answers to our problems but we may need a little help sometimes to clarify goals and direction. My approach is eclectic and collaborative: I take from many different approaches that best fit with the client. My goal is to create a safe space to let you be yourself, be heard, understood and help you to reach your goals. Whether you need help with relationship issues, family problems, work related issues or emotional difficulties I would love to support and help you on your journey. On my spare time I love to read, hike in the woods: I am a certified Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing)guide and gain a lot of insight from my own nature based practice. Great job reaching out. For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

Go for it! you can try it, there's no right or wrong way to get started. If you are hesitant think about what opportunities might be opened to you if you take the risk of taking care of yourself and/or getting to know yourself better, and changing limiting beliefs.

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?

My clients have described me as warm and gentle, that I support with positivity, encouragement and empathy. I see myself as a guide supporting you on your journey. The journey is yours and I am here to help you through any difficulty you might be having.

What does a typical session with you tend to look like?

I approach each client from where they are: some of my clients like to jump in right away, some need more prompting. I work from the here and now paying attention and listening to what the client brings to the session to work with.
