Sabine Dodson

Hi there! My name is Sabine (she/her)! I received my MSW and BSW from Ohio State and am a Buckeye through and through. My therapy style is warm, compassionate, and straightforward. I utilize a strengths-based perspective to use the strengths you already have to achieve the growth that you want to see. I have experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems skills. I am big on feeling all of the feelings and learning to find peace through both acceptance and change. I am here to support you and adapt to your needs with a non-judgmental attitude.
