How does medication management work, and what does the process look like?

Medication management begins with a thorough conversation about your symptoms, concerns, mental health history, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll discuss appropriate options and develop a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up appointments allow us to monitor your progress, discuss how you’re feeling, and make adjustments when needed to support your mental wellness.

What's your approach to self esteem concerns, and what does progress look like for clients?

I approach self-esteem concerns with compassion, understanding, and support. We explore the challenges that may be affecting how you see yourself and work collaboratively toward greater self-awareness and confidence. Progress can look different for everyone, but may include feeling more comfortable with yourself, navigating challenges with greater confidence, and developing a healthier perspective of your own strengths and worth.
