My goal is to help you be comfortable in session, therapy is hard! I have art supplies ( no prior experience/ artistic talent needed), cards, board games and we can simply talk. The tools are to help make the talking easier, provide a slight distraction or offer a different way to express yourself as we talk about things that may be hard.

I do not work with clients whose main concern is anger, or has significant anger outbursts when challenged ( for example: throws items, pounds fist on table, screams) , I apologize for this inconvenience.

I do not have experience providing couples counseling, however i have spoken with clients regarding concerns and helped them navigate the situation with various problem solving strategies discussed in session.
