About Samantha
You feel overwhelmed in your relationship—but part of you still hopes things will get better. Maybe you’re walking on eggshells, second-guessing yourself, or wondering how things got this hard. Whether you’re trying to make sense of a painful relationship, going through a divorce, or healing from emotional or physical abuse, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with women who feel stuck, confused, or emotionally drained in their relationships, helping them process what they’ve been through and begin moving forward with clarity and strength.
I’m passionate about helping women rebuild their confidence, rediscover their sense of self, and create relationships that feel safe and supportive—not confusing or painful. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have kept you feeling trapped and help you rebuild a sense of clarity, self-trust, and emotional resilience
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered as she moves toward a life that feels safe, stable, and fulfilling. If you’re even a little curious about what support could look like, you don’t have to navigate this alone.

What's your approach to depression, and what does progress look like for clients?
My approach to depression is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients understand what they’re experiencing without judgment. Together, we explore the thoughts, emotions, relationship patterns, and life experiences that may be contributing to depression while building practical tools for coping, self-trust, and emotional resilience. Progress can look different for everyone—it may mean feeling more hopeful, reconnecting with yourself and others, making clearer decisions, setting healthier boundaries, or simply feeling more capable of navigating difficult days.
Approaches · EMDR
How does eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) work, and what do sessions look like?
EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy that can help the brain process distressing experiences that may still feel emotionally or physically overwhelming. During sessions, we first focus on building safety and coping skills before identifying experiences to work through. When you’re ready, I guide you through recalling aspects of a difficult experience while using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements. Sessions are paced collaboratively, and you remain in control throughout the process. The goal is to help difficult memories feel less distressing and support a greater sense of clarity, safety, and emotional balance.
