Sandra Pinel-Lopez

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Virginia. I started the path of becoming a therapist because as an adolescent I struggled with trauma that lead me to live a life full of shame, guilt, and fear. I knew than that there had to be a way out of the emotional struggle I found myself in and that there were others going through the same experience. I knew that I had to learn to help myself and others achieve freedom from mental oppression. I am motivated and passionate about psychotherapy. Seeing people succeed motivates me. I will inspire you and encourage you to live a meaningful life through self acceptance by utilizing evidence based therapeutic techniques.
