Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I've always had a heart for helping others. I grew up in a small town and started volunteer at a young age. Over time, I continued to find ways to connect with others and to give back to the community.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
It is incredibly common to be uncertain about starting counseling and to have some questions about the process and possible benefits. I offer a free consultation where you can go over this to see whether you would like to give it a try.
How can you provide care remotely?
My services are fully remote at this time. You can attend from any private location in Texas using a phone, tablet, or laptop. This can be a convenient method of service delivery and is a fit for most presenting concerns.
