Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

Growing up, I suffered from a lack of confidence and low self-esteem that was reinforced by my surroundings.  In early adulthood, I felt stuck and lost.  I was able to dig deep, with the help of therapy, to uncover the repressed love for adventure, activity, and my goals.  This led me to move to Florida and I completely blossomed and found my love for helping others find and use their strengths.
