As a Person-Centered Counselor, encourage, support, and empower them which allows them to explore, grow, learn, and heal. Hello! My name is Sarah White, owner of Mindful Healing and an LPC Associate supervised by Alice Green, LPC-S. I graduated in 2021 with a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I also graduated in 2018 with a BA in Psychology from Argosy University. I am empathic, authentic, and non-judgmental. I would love to have the opportunity to walk with you in your journey to mental wellness.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I have family that struggle with mental health issues. A husband that is a Veteran with PTSD. I understand the pain and struggle that they endure, along with their family. I want to bring that experience, knowledge, compassion to my clients.
