I am a trauma-informed, licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Connecticut. I have crisis work experience and case management experience. I’ve worked with individuals with various diagnoses. Currently, I serve clients throughout the state of Connecticut virtually and in office. I provide a warm, empathetic, strength-based approach to therapy that considers the whole person (mind, body, and spirit).

About Me
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
Perhaps like most therapists I went into the field to help others in their times of greatest need. In my case, I was particularly concerned for individuals who “do not believe in therapy” or were discouraged by therapeutic approaches that did not “Seem to work.” In some cases, it is the process itself that can be off-putting, and I wanted to provide an approach to therapy that would feel natural. It was and is my hope that more individuals would find therapy rewarding, empowering and helpful overall.
