I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of South Carolina. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University-Augusta. I use a person-centered approach where I focus on you and allow you to take the lead so that you can set goals and achieve healthier solutions to the different situations that you deal with in your life. I also utilizes Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which focuses on your present and future goals, and not just your past experiences, as well as some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) which helps you to examine and change negative self-talk and thought patterns.
