Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist because I have a deep passion for helping others achieve their best mental health. Over the years, witnessing the positive impact that compassionate care and clear communication can have on someone’s life has motivated me to continue. Each day, I am driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel supported and informed throughout their mental health journey.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
For those hesitant about trying therapy, I want you to know that seeking help is a courageous step towards improving your mental well-being. Therapy is a collaborative process where you are in control of your journey, and my role is to guide and support you without judgment. It’s okay to feel unsure, but I’m here to make the process as comfortable and empowering as possible.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
Those considering working with me should know that I am deeply committed to compassionate, judgment-free care. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard and validated throughout your mental health journey. I focus on holistic treatment, combining therapeutic strategies and, if necessary, medication management, to help you achieve your mental health goals.
How can you provide care remotely?
I offer remote care through secure telehealth platforms, allowing patients to receive personalized mental health treatment from the comfort of their own homes. My approach remains holistic and supportive, ensuring that patients have access to the same level of care, therapeutic guidance, and medication management as they would in a traditional setting.
