Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I find it rewarding in being a part of the journey of changing to becoming the best version of oneself. My life experiences has taught me you can overcome anything life throws at you and become a better person.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I encourage you to start the journey of working on your mental health as it completes us as a whole.
What's your experience with children or adolescents?
Being a parent of children with ADHD gives the experience of direct care and frustrations. However, with guidance and education there can be many gains mentally and academically.
