Sometimes life brings moments that are painful, confusing, or harder than you expected them to be. Afterwards, you may be left carrying something heavy: grief, sadness, or a sense of disconnection. Or you might simply be longing for something more. Maybe things look fine on the outside, but inside you feel a quiet ache. You may be yearning to know yourself more fully or to feel whole in a way that has always been just out of reach. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported, and begin listening to what has been waiting beneath the surface. I believe our minds and bodies hold the keys to what we need to move beyond the stuck places and into a greater understanding of who we are. I offer a steady, collaborative space where those stuck places can be explored with care and curiosity. Together, we make room for movement and meaning to return, in a way that feels steady and true to you. If you feel drawn to co-exploring your inner life, I am likely a good fit for you. Together we might use practices informed by Jungian psychology, including dream tending, imaginal exercises, creative exploration, or the felt sense of what is happening inside you. This can invite insight, clarity, and the gradual unfolding of inner change and understanding.
