I am a firm believer that every person deserves to heal. I have been practicing in the mental health field since 2012 and have a wide range of experience. My main focus is trauma-informed care utilizing EMDR and other modalities. I work to maintain a safe environment if acceptance and non-judgment for all clients. Together, we will identify and build your inner strengths in a working relationship that lets you have control; with me as a guide. Whatever it is, with the help of your village, we’ll get through it together.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
Truthfully, I became a therapist by accident. I fell into it back in 2012 when I was looking for something meaningful as a career. But, once I discovered the reward of seeing the lives of others directly improved by something I did or said or some action we took as a team — I was hooked.
The best life is one that makes the lives of others better and I get to live that every day.
