Hi, I’m Sloan - the founder and director of Westchester Parent & Child Therapy. I work with kids, teens, young adults, and parents around anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in maternal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of parenting. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment-focused, trauma-informed care.
