There are several options to help overcome the preverbal “icks.” Treatment philosophy: In addition to individual and couples counseling we also offer 6 week intensive programs that are specifically tailored to improve overall function and life satisfaction. The program consists of weekly one to one meetings, groups, and skills training sessions.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

I became a therapist to help people break free from cycles of stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. Seeing my clients grow, heal, and reclaim joy keeps me passionate about this work.
