Hello. I'm currently accepting new clients for tele-therapy sessions and offering some evening and weekend hours. As a National Board Certified Counselor(NCC) since 2000, Licensed Mental Health Counselor(LMHC in FL) since 2002, and Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC in GA) since 2021, I help people by facilitating positive changes in their lives. In my own private practice, I help my clients who are dealing with depressive symptoms, anxiety, life stressors, adjustment and relationship issues by assisting them in identifying the thoughts and behaviors that are keeping them stuck(and/or preventing them from moving forward) in order to overcome struggles/obstacles and reach their full potential.
