About Steven
Hello. I'm currently accepting new clients for tele-therapy sessions and offering some evening and weekend hours. Please feel free to request a free 10-15 minute consultation if you have any questions or concerns. Utilizing  techniques associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Person Centered Experiential Therapy, Solution Focused, Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy(REBT), Reality Therapy, etc… I hope to provide: 1) Psychological contact including feeling like you are being heard, 2) Professionalism, 3) Unconditional Positive Regard, 4) Empathy, and  5) Genuineness. As a National Board Certified Counselor(NCC) since 2000, Licensed Mental Health Counselor(LMHC in FL) since 2002, and Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC in GA) since 2021, I help people by facilitating positive changes in their lives. In my own private practice, I help my clients who are dealing with depressive symptoms, anxiety, life stressors, adjustment and relationship issues by assisting them in identifying the thoughts and behaviors that are keeping them stuck(and/or preventing them from moving forward) in order to overcome struggles/obstacles and reach their full potential.
