I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. At True You Psychiatry, I combine evidence-based treatment with genuine interest about each person’s story — because your path to clarity is uniquely yours.
My practice is focused on treating adults of all ages, specializing in young adults who are in a transitional stage of their life.
Specific conditions I treat include anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD and an array of other conditions. I am fluent and treat patients in both English and Spanish.

What's your approach to grief, and what does progress look like for clients?
I believe grief is a deeply personal experience, and there is no single “right” way to move through it. I create a supportive space where clients can process loss, make sense of difficult emotions, and adjust to life after a significant change. Progress may look different for everyone—it can mean feeling more grounded, reconnecting with daily life, finding moments of peace, and learning to carry the loss while continuing forward.

My approach to ADHD is collaborative and individualized. I focus on understanding how ADHD affects each person’s daily life, relationships, work, and sense of self, while developing practical strategies and evidence-based treatment tailored to their needs. Progress can mean improved focus and organization, greater confidence, less frustration, and feeling more capable of managing everyday responsibilities.
